Back by popular demand, a Sunday Brunch RAC-MOAA Member Meeting will take place on November 12th at Meadowbrook Country Club on 3700 Cogbill Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23224. The brunch will commence at 1200 immediately following an Invocation & The Pledge. Our event will also include an informative presentation on The Freedom Flag Foundation, and the Annual Business Meeting including election results, and the installation of RAC-MOAA Board Officers for 2024-25. The all-inclusive price is $25 per person. Guests are welcome. Payment by credit/debit card through our online PayPal account is preferred no later than close of business Friday, November 10th. If paying by check, please email treasurer@racmoaa.org to indicate your payment is in the mail. 

The Freedom Flag Foundation is a non-profit organization formed to establish the Freedom Flag as a national symbol of remembrance for September 11, 2001, and to support educational efforts of teaching future generations about the tragic events and many lives lost on that date.  It all started with a drawing on a napkin by a local Richmond, VA business owner in November 2001. In the years since, it has grown into a national movement to educate the current and future generations of K-12 students to Never Forget.

Our guest speaker, John Riley, joined the Freedom Flag Foundation board in 2008 and is currently serving as the Foundation’s President. John is a Professional Engineer and Traffic Section Leader for the Richmond office of Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. He has worked in consulting in the areas of transportation planning and traffic engineering for over 20 years and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering as well as a B.A. in Spanish, all from Virginia Tech.
